Barods Empowerment Foundation (BEF) is a dedicated non-profit organization focused on changing lives through sustainable, community-led initiatives. Established as the Corporate Social Responsibility branch of Barods Global, the foundation aims to uplift underprivileged individuals and communities by offering access to education, skill enhancement, and vital resources for a brighter future.

At BEF, we are passionate about empowerment—helping individuals realize their potential and attain self-reliance. Our programs are designed to tackle pressing societal issues, ranging from academic assistance for children to vocational training for adults, along with community development projects that promote growth and inclusivity.
